Samuel Sultana

Artist

Samuel Sultana, born in Malta in 1990 to a Maltese father and French mother, was immersed in a world of art from a young age. His parents, avid collectors of indigenous artworks, instilled in him a passion for artistic expression. Throughout his formative years, Samuel had the freedom to explore various mediums, discovering the exhilaration of creating art. Pursuing his artistic ambitions, Samuel pursued a Masters in Fine Arts at UCA Canterbury, where his degree show engaged the audience in an evolving installation. Collaborations followed, including the founding of the multimedia art collective 'Monolith' and the art and technology collective 'IZAXA' in Malta. Samuel's creative journey continued with forays into film production and the establishment of 'Lazuli Studio' for script development. His passion for education also led him to teach art and initiate workshops with students facing challenges. In 2020, Samuel embraced a full-time art career, engaging audiences through live-streamed sessions showcasing his diverse artistic endeavors.
